Sunday, we’ll take the opportunity to go to Qualcomm stadium. It used to be called Jack Murphy stadium, but the cellular phone company Qualcomm put out something like 40 million dollars to get their name attached to it. I guess this practice is catching on. Like 3Com stadium, Key Arena, Wrigley Field, and Safeco Field. There we’ll see a Major League Baseball Game. The National League teams (the Seattle Mariners are American League) San Diego Padres play the Colorado Rockies at 1:00 pm. And yes, we’ll take in some good baseball park hot dogs! The Padres got off to a great start this year and led the National League West (a division of the National League) until just recently when the San Francisco Giants overtook them in the 11 game winning streak.

After the game, we’ll return to Matt’s place where we’ll relax the rest of the evening and get some laundry done. After dinner and a relaxing evening visiting, we’ll check into our motel where we’ll stay the next two nights.
