We’ll get up bright and early and leave Samoa at 8:00 am. On our way south, we’ll stop at Somona for fuel and Oceano for fuel and lunch in the town of Oceano where offroad enthusiasts drive ATVs on the Dunes. But we won’t visit my brother Kuren (he’ll be out of town for the holiday) and instead will continue south.

After another fuel stop in La Verne (POC) we’ll continue on our last leg of the flight to Santee (just east of San Diego) where Matt, Jennifer, Kayleigh, and Brenna will greet us at Gillespee Field (SEE). We expect to arrive around 5:00 pm which will give us time enough to rest a bit and eat dinner. Then we’ll set out to watch some fireworks displays. After fireworks, we’ll return to Matt’s house in Santee where we’ll stay for the night.
